AJTC hosts Curtain Call Theatre Camp

Curtain Call Summer Theatre Day Camp offers two separate four-week sessions. First session is June 8-July 3; second session is July 6-31. Each session ends with a musical theater production on the last Thursday. Specialty artists in music, dance and other theatrical areas will also provide workshops.

    The camp day is from 9 a.m. to 4p.m. Fees are $675 per session. Limited scholarship funds are available.  The camp location is at Temple Chai, 4645 E. Marilyn Road in Phoenix. Camp is open to children of all backgrounds. 

    Also available is a DIT program (director-in-training) for teens 14-16. Those participating will assist in the camp and work with a professional technical director to learn the various technical aspects of production work. Cost of the DIT program is $300 per session.

    Curtain Call is the youth theatre program of the Arizona Jewish Theatre Company. Curtain Call began in 1989 and offers a variety of theatre experiences for children and teens throughout the year.
