Finding that healthy relationship with food

Do you deprive yourself, succumb to temptation, feel guilty, and then start the process all over again? Dr. Michelle May will guide you out of the food-focused, diet-driven downward spiral that leads you to eat, repent and repeat during a special free program 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at The Village, 4444 E. Camelback Road.

Learn a powerful approach to ending your love-hate relationship with food. Do your heart and the rest of your body some good when you start eating mindfully and joyfully.

Following the presentation, May will sign copies of her book, “Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat,” and Banner Good Samaritan staff will be offering free heart health screenings as part of a Healthy Heart community campaign.

Call 602-230-CARE (2273) to register for the free event. Registration is required for this special engagement.
