A new boutique, Frilly Frocks, has opened in the Melrose District at 4214 N. 7th Ave. The boutique features nouveau, bohemian clothing and carries exclusive lines such as Magnolia Pearl, Marrika Nakk, and le Bonne Reves & Simple Pleasures as well as other great lines like SKIF, Sharon Segal, Liz & Jane, and more. Frilly Frocks also carries special sizes including petite and plus.

    The “le Bonne Reves & Simple Pleasures” line is owner Leslie Christensen’s creation, complete with vintage-inspired details, beautiful trims and creativity that make women look and feel good. Christensen began her career as a designer and business owner, opening Frilly Frocks after she was selected as official winner of Phoenix Fashion Week held last October.

    In addition to unique clothing, Frilly Frocks carries handmade accessories, home decor, and art and gift items created by talented local and national artists. Almost everything in the store is made by hand in the USA.
