Learn how the new Aid and Attendance (A&A) Pension provides benefits for veterans and surviving spouses at a free seminar 9-11 a.m. Saturday, March 27, at First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave.

    The program focuses on those veterans requiring in-home or out-of-home assistance with daily living such as dressing, bathing, cooking, eating, etc. This includes those who reside in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.

    A one-hour presentation by estate planning attorney Katherine O’Connell, an expert in Veterans benefits with Morris, Hall & Kinghorn, will be followed by a question-and-answer session. Light refreshments will be provided.
