Pet of the month Chloe will make a great companion

Chloe is a 1-year-old tortie, and along with her dappled black, brown and orange color pattern comes her fun, affectionate, and sometimes sassy personality.”

Chloe first arrived at the Arizona Humane Society back in December as an injured stray. January brought an unexpected turn in life, and just when Chloe’s wounds were almost healed she came down with a kitty cold. She finally was well again in February and she eagerly waited for a new home. As March swiftly passed by Chloe was still homeless and grew anxious in her kennel so she was sent to a S.A.F.E (Saving Animals From Euthanasia) home to wait for a new family in the comfort of a foster home.

It has been five month since Chloe has had a family to call her own, and what she wants most is a quiet and relaxing home, preferably without kids or other pets since she doesn’t appreciate a lot of hustle and bustle in the house. Chloe is affectionate on her own terms and when she is feeling cuddly she will join you on the couch to be softly petted, but when she has had enough she will quietly jump down to roam the house for a safe place to nap.

Chloe will remain in her S.A.F.E. foster home since she is uneasy in the kennel environment and she can be adopted right away. For more information about her or to schedule a meet-and-greet, call 602-997-7585, ext. 2045 and ask for animal ID number A289317. Her adoption fee is $20. This fee includes her spay surgery, vaccines, a colorful collar, a pet carrier, an AHS I.D. tag and a follow-up veterinary exam.
