A to Z Equipment Rentals & Sales, founded by Fred Matricardi in 1960, is celebrating its 50th anniversary with 50-percent price cuts.

    Every 50 days, A to Z offers a 50-percent discount on all one-day rentals. The next 50-percent off day is July 19, and the program will continue every 50 days thru the end of 2010.

    A to Z has grown to three locations: 4050 E. Indian School Road, 15634 N. 32nd St. and 1313 E. Baseline Road in Gilbert.  Expansion in the North Valley on a recently purchased parcel adjacent to the current store is planned, and Matricardi is scouting the West Valley for his fourth location.
