On Sept. 30, the Sunnyslope Village Alliance will recognize members in the community who have enhanced the quality of life in Sunnyslope during its Business Recognition dinner event.

    This annual event provides an opportunity to bring business members and residents together to meet in a social setting at the Mountain Preserve Reception Center, 1431 East Dunlap Ave. The evening will include a Business Expo to introduce local businesses to the community. The expo, which begins at 5 p.m., is free and open to all members of the community.

    The expo will be followed by a buffet dinner, complimentary wine and presentation of awards starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $50; advanced reservations are suggested. Limited tickets also will be available at the door.
