Maricopa County Animal Care & Control’s Uno por Uno program is helping the community become a safer place by offering free rabies vaccination clinics in September.

    Animals must be in good health and at least 3 months old. Dogs must be on a leash less than 6 feet in length and cats need to be in carriers. Clinics are held rain or shine; however, MCACC reserves the right to cancel or limit the clinic duration in the event of severe weather.

    The vaccination clinics will take place 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, and Tuesday, Sept. 28, at MCACC, 2500 S. 27th Ave. The line begins outside, so be prepared for summer heat for you and your dog.
