North Phoenix Baptist Church MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and the Department of Public Safety are hosting a child safety seat check. The car seat check will take place 8:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday Sept. 9 at North Phoenix Baptist Church, 5757 N. Central Ave.

    In addition, if you are a mom who is pregnant or has a child newborn through kindergarten and who desires new friends and wants to share the challenges and joys of motherhood, then come to the MOPS Open House set for 9:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, at North Phoenix Baptist Church, Building C, room 215.
