Eric Watson, chef instructor at the Art Institute of Phoenix’s International Culinary School, was one of 15 recipients of Certificates of Appreciation awarded by the American Culinary Federation, Inc., (ACF). Watson received his award at the 2008 ACF Western Regional Conference, held at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, April 19-21.
Watson is a member of the ACF Chef’s Association of Greater Phoenix. The recipients of Certificates of Appreciation have contributed their knowledge, skills and expertise to the advancement of the culinary profession.
