Christopher’s opens at Biltmore center

James Beard Award-winning chef Christopher Gross and world-renowned Sommelier, Paola Embry announce the opening of their new dining and lounge concept, Christopher’s Restaurant and Crush Lounge.  The restaurant, which opened late last month, is located at The Biltmore Fashion Park, between Saks 5th Avenue and Macy’s.

“We have been fortunate to have such a loyal customer base at our current location upstairs at The Biltmore Fashion Park, so the decision to remain at the Fashion Park was an easy one for us,” said Gross.

Restaurant diners will enjoy the best of casual and elegant dining options selected from the signature French-infused American menu uniquely created by Chef Christopher and his team. The 120-seat restaurant, with its open kitchen, will offer dinners the chance to sit at the kitchen bar and observe the chefs at work.  The versatility of the dining room also will allow for accommodation of private parties of 30 and 50 guests.

Crush Lounge, its companion bar, is the latest labor of love from Paola Embry.  The Lounge’s chic and swanky design is accompanied by urban cool music. The outside patio was created for the purpose of relaxing and chilling with friends, sampling some fabulous cocktails and wine while enjoying the perfect Arizona climate.

Christopher’s main dining room and patio all-day menu is served daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; the bar menu is available from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily, and Happy Hour is 3-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Crush     Lounge offers a full bar until 2 a.m. daily, with a menu featuring artisan cheese plates, antipasto platters and seafood assortment available daily from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
